About Us
Born on the auspicious day of Krishna Janmashtami1
Bipin Joshi is a Kriya Yogi who demonstrates a rare mix of
professional and spiritual qualities. He wears many hats including
software
consultant, renowned author, well-known technology mentor, Microsoft MVP, member
of ASPInsiders, webmaster and Yogi. He has authored or co-authored half a
dozen books in his field of working, mostly published by publishers in USA and
UK. He is also a Registered Medical Practitioner in Alternative Medicine
(RMP - AM) with main focus on Yoga and Naturopathy.
In the year 1995 he miraculously came across Bhavartha Dipika, a
commentary on Bhagvat Gita by saint and yogi Janeshwar2.
This turned out to be an important phase of transformation in his life. He then
started practicing Kundalini Kriyas based on the teachings of
Shiva Samhita. He accepted these two sacred texts as his Gurus. In
a due course of time he experienced the awakening for himself. Another phase of
his spiritual life began during his visit to Trayambakeshwar3.
There, in the deep state of meditation he experienced some spontaneous
kriyas4 and he was inspired to teach Kriya Yoga to others. He
also developed Atmadarshana Kriya which is a gentle yet powerful
combination of breathing patterns and meditation. To
share his learning of more than 13 years with others he also published a book
titled Kundalini Yoga :
Concepts and Practices that throws light on many kriyas for
awakening the sleeping serpent.
Bipin strongly believes that the ancient wisdom of Yoga can be put to use in
the every sphere of modern life. Having applied this wisdom in his own life he
also helps others do the same through workshops wherein he teaches the ancient
art and science of meditation to the interested individuals.

Jananatha or Janeshwar (1275 A.D. - 1296 A.D.) was one of the
greatest Yogis ever known to the mankind. He was a born Siddha.
His lineage was Adinatha (Lord Shiva) - Matsyandranatha - Gorakshanatha
- Gahininaths - Nivruttinatha - Jananatha. His commentary,
Bhavartha Dipika (more commonly known as Janeshwari), on Bhagvat Gita is
a crest-jewel of spiritual and yogic knowledge. Jananatha took
Samadhi at the age of 21. |

It is believed that the awakened Kundalini gets these kriyas done
from the sadhaka. Yoga experts have tried to analyze the cause
and effect of such spontaneous kriyas with no common agreement. The fact
remains that such spontaneous kriyas are still a mystery of Kundalini
Yoga. |
