Yoga is the write way to distress Vishnunagar’s Bipin Joshi has written a book about its benefits

Often the cure to most modern day ailments like increasing stress levels can be traced back to yoga and meditation which have been part of the Indian way of living for a long time now. Its this belief that led Bipin Joshi, a 31-year old resident of Vishnunagar, to turn to yoga for answers.

After experiencing the benefits of yoga, Joshi decided to share the same with others through his book titled Kundalini Yoga: Concepts and Practices. Joshi says, "Kundalini yoga is different from normal yoga because it focuses on improving the condition of your mental faculties while normal yoga focuses more on the human body."

Joshi believes that Kundalini yoga is more effective in dealing with stress because it targets the mind. If mental faculties are in a good shape one can deal with just about anything.

Joshi says his association with Kundalini yoga started when he picked up a book on the same twelve years ago. He says, "I was impressed with what I read and decided to try Kundalini yoga. It has really helped me concentrate better and has also given me the ability to deal with high stress levels at work. I decided to share its benefits with others and that's how Kundalini Yoga: Concepts and Practices came about.

Joshi has also has started a web site dedicated to yoga called www.yogavision.in . He says, "I have started this web site to help people access information about the age old science of yoga. I would encourage everyone to use and benefit from yoga."
